Garden of Dreams is an organization that partners with leaders in the broadcasting industry to support and promote life-changing programs and opportunities for young people in need. One of their initiatives, the Giving Program, helps support scholarships and long-lasting community projects for young people. Some of the program’s areas of focus include refurbishing pediatric units, community centers, and basketball courts. The program has also awarded over $2.5 million in scholarships to high school seniors from its partner organizations in New York's tri-state area.
Some recent projects that the program has supported are the floor-to-ceiling refurbishing of a gym at SCO Family services, remodeling a pediatric outpatient area at Hackensack University Medical Center, and enhancing the emergency department at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.
